Suriname’s Telesur has chosen Comptel’s Provisioning and Activation solutions to centralize and automate its order-to-activation process.
Eliminating the service provider’s manual entry system, the solution will make it easier to provision subscribers and services, resulting in increased efficiencies.
According to Comptel, its Provisioning and Activation system allows operators to fully automate the process of handling subscriber orders to activate services in the network.
It bridges the gap between service providers’ customer care, sales and complex network platforms, and facilitates the rapid introduction of services or changing network element technologies, Comptel adds.
