TeliaSonera concludes takeover of ComHouse

TeliaSonera received the approval of the Norwegian competition authority to close the acquisition of the remaining 66.6% of the shares in ComHouse, a holding company for the retail chains KlartSvar and Telebutikken in Norway, increasing its holding to 100%.

The purchase price for 66.6% of the shares will be approximately €19.5 million (185 million kronor), based on an enterprise value of the entire company ofapproximately €40.4 million (383 million kronor).


TeliaSonera provides telecomms services in the Nordic and Baltic countries, in Spain and the emerging markets of Eurasia, including Russia and Turkey.
