Vierling has introduced the test application TiQoS.InternetAccess as a new module for its proven TiQoS (Testing in Quality of Service) test platform.
TiQoS.InternetAccess allows Internet service providers and carriers to objectively assess the quality of the Internet access and services they are providing based on defined measurement parameters. It also allows its users to quickly respond to quality deteriorations no matter whether their customers use DSL, ISDN or analog equipment to access the Internet.
The TiQoS.InternetAccess test application assesses the quality of Internet access from an end-user perspective. Service providers can use TiQoS.InternetAccess to continuously monitor the quality of their services and document this information vis-Ã -vis their customers.
