The TM Forum has launched a new market research initiative, TM Forum Insights, offering information, communications and entertainment providers a new resource. It will be part of the Transformation Resource Center.
TM Forum Insights is led by Rob Rich, who has more than 15 years experience in key market research management and consulting roles. Joining Rob are former Yankee Group VP Paul Hughes and former IDC/Stratecast analyst Shira Levine.
TM Forum Insights' research agenda spans services and strategies, service delivery, service assurance through to revenue management and customer experience.
