TM Forum has released its Frameworx 10, the latest version of its suite of industry standards that enables service providers and suppliers to reduce risk, lower integration costs, and speed time-to-market.
Frameworx defines the standard process and information models required to run a service providers’ business.
This latest release of Frameworx is fully aligned with other key IT industry standards such as ITIL (information technology infrastructure library) and services oriented architecture.
It expands and integrates the Forum’s NGOSS standard, combining the business process (eTOM), information (SID), and application (TAM) frameworks into a full enterprise IT and process architecture.
