Turkcell taps Experian for better customer care
Turkcell has implemented Experian’s Marketswitch software to advance its customer contact management strategy.
Marketswitch analyzes data and predictive models for each individual customer to ensure that direct marketing activity and responses to inbound enquiries are relevant to each individual customer and in line with business objectives.
This is expected to enhance the effectiveness of Turkcell's efforts to attract customers and enable greater operational efficiency.
