Suntech has upgraded its Satcel offering, boosting network performance and quality while avoiding revenue leakage before xDR generation.
The new version features a simpler and more flexible new database that allows configuration of key performance indicators, a dynamic table that uses world-class spreadsheets that enables users to group and reorganize columns and calculation, and multi-analysis graphic that allows users to create their own KPI.
The upgraded version also enables users to consult all KPI counters at any time in any module, making auditing and the identification of problems easier.
It likewise allows users to choose the network element they want, with Satcel automatically representing the hierarchical structure of that chosen element.
