UK ISP Virgin Media will demonstrate its planned 200Mbps broadband service in London this week.
The operator said it is using its exhibit at the Ideal Home of the Future expo to showcase the technology, in one example streaming of 3DTV to multiple devices around the home simulacrum.
Virgin Media has been conducting 200Mbps trials in Kent since last year, and is in the process of launching a similar trial in Coventry.
“By pushing the boundaries of broadband in the UK we hope to drive a change in the way Brits experience digital entertainment,” Virgin Media brand and marketing executive director Ashley Stockwell said.
The expo runs until April 5.
