Armenian operator VivaCell-MTS has deployed Redknee's data charging and policy solution, NGRC, to support new mobile broadband services.
VivaCell-MTS is using the suite to develop targeted mobile broadband services, including its MTS Connect range of prepaid and postpaid bundles.
NGRC helps facilitate the communication between the operator and its customers, including the status of their tariff threshold and notification of charges to be incurred.
The operator boasts that it has an 80% share of the Armenian mobile broadband market.
