VivaCell-MTS launches third-gen loyalty offer

Armenian firm VivaCell-MTS and solutions provider sicap have released a third-generation loyalty platform designed to reward subscribers and increase loyalty in a saturated market.
The platform dubbed Sicap Loyalty Manager constitutes a convergent platform for pre-paid and post-paid subscribers, which processes cross-platform data, enabling sophisticated bonus and points campaigns.
The solution features easy loyalty scheme design by marketing teams, with no behind-the-scenes IT development necessary.
Also, because of the high customer acquisition costs, Loyalty Manager plays an important role in keeping customers by offering them incentives and rewards.
