Vodafone Ghana has chosen to install and operate the lightweight fraud management platform FMSlite from XINTEC.
According to the telco, the newly commercialized fraud management system will bring immediate benefits to the company, with its ability to detect and prevent fraudulent subscriber behavior and network abuse in near-real time, protecting the operator’s revenue and profitability.
XINTEC’s FMSlite is designed to detect fraud at multiple levels: prepaid and postpaid, home network, roaming, fixed-line, among others. It also features an advanced SIM Box Detector module to detect interconnect bypass fraud in near-real time.
