Wataniya Telecom Maldives has deployed CommProve’s Roamer Insight software across its network to ensure the quality of service monitoring and proactive network troubleshooting.
Roamer Insight helps troubleshoot specific areas across both the radio access and the core layer of Wataniya’s network, focusing on issues with the greatest revenue improvement potential.
The software presents key performance indicator reports generated from the underlying radio access network interface protocols for subscribers who roam in or out of the monitored network.
This allows operators to analyze where coverage, capacity, drops and call set ups, for example, directly impact roamers.
