A German court has ruled that Motorola Mobility will not be able to enforce the injunction on iOS device sales in the country for as long as the patent battle between the vendor and Apple is under appeal. The injunction had already been suspended by the courts.
 
Telenor has no interest in buying out its Indian partner Unitech's stake in joint venture Uninor, despite the latter's willingness to sell. Telenor's CEO stated that that since Unitech's 2G licenses were cancelled, the JV “no longer exists.”
