Webwire: Telefonica considers IPOs; MegaFon stalls public listing

Telefonica is plotting an IPO of its businesses in Germany and Latin America, to stave off the potential effects of a financial crisis in its home market, Spain.
 
Russian mobile operator MegaFon has reportedly pushed back its planned London IPO – originally scheduled for July – as a result of the Greek debt crisis and its impact on the value of the Euro.
