Zain Group has chosen Sicap and RateIntegration to provide loyalty management solutions at its Bahrain operations.
Zain Bahrain will use the Loyalty Manager product to launch a constantly changing array of targeted promotions to improve the customer experience, reduce churn, and encourage usage/ARPU.
With these solutions, Zain Bahrain also aims to add new subscribers, as well as maximize revenue from the roamers that visit its network daily.
