Convergys has promoted Marife Zamora to managing director for Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa for the company’s customer management business.
Zamora will lead Convergys’ international customer management business and oversee 37,000 employees throughout contact centers in the United Kingdom, India, and the Philippines.
Previously, Zamora served as the first country manager for the Philippines, managing Convergys’ burgeoning presence there from its first contact center in 2003 to its 17th contact center and 25,000 employees today.
