What has happened since it was awarded the Fierce 15: Cequint said its business remains strong, and that it has signed agreements with four of the top six U.S. carriers in terms of subscribers, including Verizon Wireless and U.S. Cellular. The company most recently struck a deal with AT&T Mobility and its software is on the Samsung 777 and Propel from AT&T. Cequint said City ID is now on over 13 million handsets in the market.
