This ad, part of Sprint's "Now Network" ad campaign, is replete with the familiar motifs of the campaign, including yellow-ish clothing for its characters. The ad highlights a sales pitch Sprint CEO Dan Hesse made in the company's third quarter earnings conference call: that Sprint's smartphone lineup is extremely robust. While the ad's flashy graphics are eye-catching, it falls flat because two of the three phones being pushed are not exclusive to Sprint--both the Tour and the Hero (as the Droid Eris) are on Verizon's network as well. It's unclear what about Sprint's network will enhance the devices.
