Mobile data consumption skyrockets for Orange UK

Orange UK reported mobile data usage over handsets and dongles more than doubled during the past year to the end of February. Orange's Digital Media Index, the company's quarter report on consumption of digital media, indicates data usage via dongles increased by 4,125 percent during the past year, while handset data usage increased by 108 percent. Dongle subscriptions also increased 504 percent year on year, bringing the total number of Orange UK customers with 3G handsets and/or dongles to 3.824 million as of the end of March. Article
