Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) is among the investors in small-cell backhaul startup Siklu Communications, which announced it closed its $19 million series B funding round. Siklu makes a microwave backhaul system that operates in the licensed E-band spectrum-71 GHz to 76 GHz.
