Now that the first-quarter earnings season is coming to a close, it's time to see how Verizon Wireless (NYSE: VZ), AT&T Mobility (NYSE: T), Sprint (NYSE: S) and T-Mobile US (NYSE:TMUS) performed in the first quarter of 2015.
Research by Jackdaw Research analyst Jan Dawson covers relatively standard metrics but also takes a deep dive into prepaid vs. postpaid performance, subscriber acquisitions vs. losses, and more. Interestingly, it looks as though T-Mobile's message of improving network performance at a compelling price is working. The operator dominated U.S. postpaid phone growth in the first quarter.
