Morning Keynote session--Defining Operator Roles and Success. Panelists include GSMA’s Rob Conway and Craig Ehrlich;  Vodafone’s Arun Sarin; Orange’s Sanjiv Ahuja; and Orascom’s Naguib Sawaris.

Wednesday, Feb. 14
