AT&T creates international plan for iPhone

International travelers looking to make a business case for the iPhone, have a silver bullet: AT&T has just announced a comprehensive international data plan for the iPhone that will allow users to watch YouTube and browse Google maps in more than 29 countries. For $59.99 a month (in addition to an existing iPhone rate plan), users get 50MB of international data access per month, in addition to international voice roaming and international long distance at standard rates when dialing from the U.S. If users exceed that 50MB/month of data, they pay $0.005 per KB. If 50MB seems like too much, users can try the same plan with only 20MB of data for $24.99 a month.
