AT&T's developer program focuses on helping devs make their apps stand out

Carolyn Billings, the associate vice president of AT&T's developer program, said she is well aware that application developers face a host of challenges, but she suggested that may be par for the course for a sector that has sprung up and flourished so quickly. She noted the outreach AT&T engages in to maintain developer loyalty, the advice AT&T offers to help developers improve discoverability, and the importance of the enterprise market for developers.
