The networking solutions firm Axerra Networks announced $16.25 million in third round funding. Carmel Ventures led the round which included participation from existing investors TLcom Capital Partners, HarbourVest, and the Zisapel brothers. Axerra networking provides circuit emulation and service emulation solutions over packet access networks.
