British mobile content provider Bango launched a new payment option that allows users to purchase mobile content using pre-approved PayPal payments. The new system allows for mobile content to be priced as low as 1 cent, with a respectable 63 percent of the charge going to the content provider. Bango users can also pay via credit or debit card, IVR, retail pin, or phone bill.
