Bank of America launches mobile plans

Bank of America rolled out mobile banking management services this week, which enable more than 20 million online banking customers to keep up with their banking activities from their handsets. The service allows users to check balances, pay bills and transfer money between their accounts or to other BOA users. Among those devices listed by the bank as compatible with the service, are those offered by Motorola, Samsung, Nokia, LG, Palm and RIM. To access the service, users simply go to www.bofa.mobi and enter their banking ID and passcode. No need to download any application.
