BellSouth, Samsung make broadband deal

BellSouth, which is in a merger deal with SBC, made what it calls a strategic agreement with Samsung Telecommunications America. The two plan to market and co-brand devices in both consumer and commercial markets to encourage the use of broadband services. It's unclear what products the two might brand together or what services are involved. But it's likely a lot of products might include its wireless arm, Cingular. Samsung is a favored vendor by Cingular.
