NTL named Stephen Burch as CEO to replace Simon Duffy, who will become the company's executive vice chairman.

SureWest Communications named Steve Oldham as president and CEO. 

Cingular Wireless named David Hildebrant as the head of the location-based services product and application development team.

Zingy appointed Andy Volanakis as CEO.

Global Signal named Wesley Edens, chairman and CEO of the company, as president to replace David Grain who is resigning from the position.

Peoplesoft named Mike Loo to CFO.

WiMAX Forum appointed Jeff Orr to director of marketing and Matt Wangler as director of operations. 

Applied Innovation appointed Julie Fratianne as VP, CFO and Treasurer.

Verizon Wireless appointed Marquett Smith to staff vice president of customer service.

Smith Micro Software named Ted Hoffman to the company's board of directors.

Pac-West Telecomm appointed Michael Sarina as VP of finance. 

Proxim Wireless named David Olson as its president and chief operating officer.

Qpass appointed Chris Cass as VP of worldwide content services.

Roundbox named Peter Mataga as chief architect and Vasilis Polychronidis as VP of business and technology development.

JDSU named Kevin DeNuccio, president and CEO of Redback, to its board of directors. 

Rogers Communications named Alan Horn as vice chairman and president and CEO of Rogers Telecommunications Limited. The company also appointed Bill Linton to CFO. 

Valmont Industries appointed Daniel Neary, Chairman and CEO of Mutual of Omaha, to its board of directors. 

Venturi Wireless appointed Rich Conlon as the VP of worldwide sales, Jim Goodman as VP of North American sales and D.K. Sappington as VP of Asia/Pacific sales.
