C&L: Palm shifts board members

Palm named Polycom CEO Robert Hagerty to its board of directors. The company said John Doerr, general partner of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and Jean-Jacques Damlamian, special adviser to the CEO of France Telecom, will not return to its board.

Microsoft appointed Marianne Roling as EMEA regional director, mobile and embedded devices division. The company also named Alex Reeve as director of mobile business group in the UK.

Strix Systems has named Nan Chen as its VP of marketing.

Narad Networks appointed Michael Collette as CEO.

Telcordia has named Mark Greenquist as senior VP and CFO. Greenquist was most recently senior VP and CFO of Symbol Technologies.

Mobilisa named John Paxton, Sr. their new chairman of the board, replacing David Ludlow who is retiring.

CoConnect named David Davis as CFO.

Redknee appointed Shaun MacDonald as VP of corporate development.

Reliance Infocomm has appointed Nalini Gupta as marketing advisor to the chairman's office.

VimpelCom elected David Haines of Alfa Group as its chairman.
