China Mobile today reported impressive first-half results. The carrier posted a net profit increase of 28 percent to $2.96 billion. China mobile added 19.5 million subscribers during the period. At the end of June, China Mobile claimed 223.8 million subscribers, or a 64.7 percent share of China's wireless market.
