Tomorrow I will moderate a panel at the WCA show here in Washington, DC. The session, entitled "Should City-Funded, WiFi Consumer Networks Be Boosted or Banned?," is scheduled for 3:15pm. In this panel, the speakers and I will step into this year's biggest issue for the wireless industry. Our panelists include Dinah Neff, CIO of the City of Philadelphia; Ron Sege of Tropos Networks; Robert Griffen of Verizon Wireless; and Dr. Thomas Lenard of the Progress and Freedom Foundation.
