Good wins first carrier deal with Cingular

Cingular Wireless said it will offer Good Technology's mobile email service to its corportate clients. Under the deal, Cingular will offer Good's mobile email service as an option for customers. The deal makes Cingular the first US carrier to offer Good's service, GoodLink, which features two-way synchronization of Microsoft Outlook. This is Good's first carrier partnership. Prior to the deal, Good sold its service directly to wireless customers without a carrier channel. Cingular also offers RIM's BlackBerry mobile email platform. No financial details of the deal were released.
