Handset milestone: LG's Chocolate turns 1-yr-old

The Chocolate phone (photo) from LG Electronics celebrates its first anniversary this month, the firm announced Thursday, marking sales of some 6 million units worldwide. LG estimates that worldwide Chocolate sales topped 3 million units sold by the end of August, plus an additional 3 million units since that time. The manufacturer says sales could reach 10 million during the first half of next year.
