verizon super switchVerizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ) was kind enough to give a group of reporters a tour of a "Super Switch" facility near Orlando, Fla., during the 2011 CTIA Wireless conference. The five-year-old facility, which spans 43,000 square feet, is called a Super Switch because of its ability to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.
