Italy's Buongiorno, which first entered the U.S. market through premium SMS, is buying the U.S. mobile content firm Rocket Mobile for $17 million. "Thanks to relations developed by Rocket Mobile, Buongiorno will be able to strengthen its relationships with U.S. wireless operators, thus accelerating the B2B distribution channel," said Andrea Casalini, CEO of Buongiorno SpA.
