Leap director sells shares

A director of Leap Wireless International sold 93,000 shares of common stock, according to an SEC filing. James D. Dondero reported that he sold the shares Wednesday and Thursday for $85.18 to $85.68 apiece. Leap has been the subject of many Alltel-buyout analysis pieces: Some believe that the San Diego-based carrier is the next big target. If so, then why bail on the shares?
