Mallinson: Net neutrality supporters are playing with fire

Uncertainty about how net neutrality rules will be implemented is rising on both sides of the Atlantic, both from Neelie Kroes, the European Commissioner for the Digital Agenda, and the FCC. Mobile networks will be hurt the most by net neutrality, since it is both unnecessary from a competitive standpoint and wireless capacity is inherently so constrained. Commentary
