Metric: Business customers more loyal to wireless devices than carriers

According to a new survey of businesses conducted by Walker Information, most business users are not happy with their wireless services. Verizon Wireless was the only wireless carrier to recevie top marks. Those surveyed showed more loyalty to their wireless devices than to their carriers or service providers. Of the eight handset makers tracked in the survey, four received high marks from business users: Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, and Research in Motion (RIM).
