A Zurich-based provider of e-payment solutions for online and mobile digital content providers raised $23 million in VC from 3i Group. WebPay says it will use a significant portion of the money to expand the U.S. operations of its Click&Buy venture. The company recently signed a deal with SanDisk to distribute the Rolling Stones' A Bigger Bang for mobile and portable devices.
