Motorola Mobility's Moto 360 smart watch will cost $250 at retail, according to a leaked product page that appeared on the website of retailer Best Buy. The page has since been taken down.

Motorola is reportedly expected to formally announce the Moto 360's availability at a media event on Sept. 4. The $250 price point would make the Moto 360 more expensive than the first two smart watches running Android Wear software, the LG Electronics G Watch and the Samsung Electronics Gear Live, which cost $229 and $200, respectively. However, as The Verge notes, the Moto 360's circular face and stylish design could make it more appealing than the other two devices.
The Moto 360 is going to be one of the premier products of the second half of 2014 for Motorola, the Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) unit that Lenovo is in the process of acquiring for $2.91 billion.
According to Droid Life, which copied the details from the product page before it was taken down, the Moto 360 will sport a 1.5-inch backlit LCD touch screen, with a 320x290 resolution and Corning's Gorilla Glass 3. The device will also have 512 MB of RAM, Bluetooth connectivity and a Texas Instruments processor inside.
In terms of features, the gadget is expected to include voice activation, a built-in optical heart rate monitor and pedometer and will be waterproof in 3.3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes.
The wearables market is expected to get a jolt this fall when Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) unveils its long-rumored wearable device, which many have dubbed the iWatch. Apple's rumored device is expected to focus primarily on health and fitness monitoring.
