Motorola tries to breathe new life into seamless mobility

Motorola breathed new life into the seamless mobility concept by introducing an in-home gateway that allows consumers to seamlessly hand off calls between WiFi and cellular networks when paired with dual-mode handsets. Of course, now we have to wait for mobile operators to adopt dual-mode handsets into their networks, an idea several carriers are adverse to doing it seems because they don't want customers to hand off voice signals to another network and lose out on revenues.
