Further details about Qualcomm's personal health MVNO, LifeComm, are beginning to be revealed. The MVNO, which will make its debut in the second half of 2008, will provide health care services and content.
One of the partners involved in LifeComm is Fullpower Technologies, a Santa Cruz, Calif., company co-founded by Philippe Kahn, known for his other wireless firm LightSurf Technologies. Kahn, however, declined to say exactly what the firm was doing with LifeComm.
