Network analysis tool maker Netcordia secured $3 million in first round financing from Novak Biddle Venture Partners. Netcordia makes an automated network diagnostic tool that analyzes VoIP, wireless, VPN, VLAN, and IP networks for enterprise and government users. The company has signed deals with the US Army, Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, and Marvell Semiconductor.
