RCC's Q1 shows a subscriber increase of 715K

Rural Cellular announced the results of its first financial quarter, which ended on March 31 and saw $98 million in total revenues, up from $96 million during the same quarter a year ago. Roaming revenues brought in $36 million, also up from the year ago quarter, which had $31 million. Local service revenue per user (LSRPU) came in at $52, a slight increase from $51 last year. The company also added an impressive number of subscribers in Q1, bring it to 715,632 subscribers.
