Report: Global base station market grew nearly 60% in 2007

According to a new report from EJL Wireless Research, the global base station market grew by 58.5 percent in 2007. The firm said the GSM/EDGE base station market continues to exceed the company's projections, while WCDMA shipments saw 114.4 percent growth.
