Report: Wireless carriers at risk for revenue leakage

Declining capital expenditure investment in the midst of the economic recession combined with new revenue streams and the launch of next generation platforms are accelerating the risk of revenue leakage for wireless carriers, a report by PricewaterhouseCoopers has found. The report, which is based on an analysis of 18 large carriers from the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific and South America, discusses the need for carriers to re-examine existing revenue management strategies across all customer and content partner touch-points.
