Rumors are flying once again that Ericsson may be interested in making a bid for Juniper Networks' IP router business. But analysts say it would be a risky move on Ericsson's part, making its stock extremely dilutive. UBS says that Ericsson has historically engaged in value-centric M&As. Other challenges to the deal would include a sales channel conflict with Siemens and Lucent, which account for 20 percent of Juniper's sales.
