Skyworks expects huge growth from 3G

Skyworks Solutions was featured on CNBC's Mad Money with Jim Cramer yesterday and CEO and President David Aldrich said that he expects to see lots of growth from the 3G market, where he thinks Skyworks chips will dominate. He also expected growth in RIM's BlackBerry Edge devices, where he expects to Skyworks chips to have 80 percent of BlackBerry EDGE business by the end of the year.  Skyworks continues to take market share, the CEO said, because the company succeeds at turning complicated 3G technology into a small chip that doesn't deplete battery life.  Story
