Colin Gibbs, our editor of FierceWireless, passed away on July 29 due to complications from cancer.
Colin covered the wireless industry as a journalist for almost 20 years, first at RCR and then at Fierce. He wrote about everything from WAP to mobile advertising to, more recently, the 600 MHz auction, 5G and small cells. He was a great writer, a funny guy and a good friend.
